CUSTOMER SUCCESS / SOLUTIONS CONSULTANT
Are you passionate about making customers successful with their Mobile & Field Service projects? KloudGin is revolutionizing mobile business processes and Field Operations leveraging Cloud, Mobile, Big data, and sensors. We want some experienced customer success / solution consultants who can help us take the message to the market and become trusted advisors to our customers. If you are a self-motivated, hands-on, results-oriented individual and have good communication skills, we'd love to talk to you. Experience and exposure to Field Service products is a big plus.
- 7+ years of experience with pre-sales, professional services or other customer facing functions in enterprise software is required
- Minimum 5 years hands-on development experience in Java/J2EE/ webservices.
- Strong communication skills (written and spoken)
- Experience with B2B SaaS solutions, Oracle e-business suite, SAP ERP. Field Service or Asset management experience is a big plus
- Lead customer implementations with hands-on role at customer site
- Coordinate with office team
- Lead customer onboarding, POCs and solution definition through detailed functional and technical discovery sessions
- Help in project managing and creating of POCs
- Own ongoing customer account/relationship management to increase customer satisfaction
- Deliver presentations and demos over the web or on-site to customers and/or partners (up to 20% travel may be required)
- Coordinate with the R&D & Cloud operations team for customer success
