KloudGin is revolutionizing mobile business processes, Asset and Field Operations leveraging Cloud, Mobile, Big data, and sensors. We want some experienced customer success / functional solution consultants who can help us take the message to the market and become trusted advisors to our customers & partners. If you are a self-motivated, hands-on, results-oriented individual and have good communication skills, we'd love to talk to you. Experience and exposure to Work & Asset Management and Mobile Workforce Management products is a big plus.
- 7+ years of experience with pre-sales, professional services or other customer facing functions in enterprise software is required
- Positive and upbeat attitude combined with effective communication and writing skills.
- Past experience with Maximo, Oracle Work & Asset Management (WAM), Enterprise Asset Management, Field Service Management and Mobile Workforce Management products
- Industry experience in Utilities (Water, Gas, Electric) or Oil & Gas
- Deliver presentations and demos over the web or on-site to customers and/or partners (up to 20% travel may be required)
- Lead customer POCs and solution definition through detailed functional and technical discovery sessions
- Help our Implementation partners with hands-on role at customer sites if required while they are building their KloudGin practices
- Help in project managing and creating of POCs
- Own ongoing customer account/ relationship management to increase customer / partner satisfaction
- Coordinate with the KloudGin R&D & Product management teams for customer success
