Sales Development Representative (100% Remote)

WHAT DO WE SEEK

  • Natural communicator and professional sales development representative to work closely with our sales and marketing teams.
  • Someone with equal parts passion and expertise, to help build a strong pipeline of qualified leads for further development with the field sales organization at KloudGin.
  • Drives prospecting activities and networking with leads via phone, referral, social and email, using a multi-touch process.
  • Someone who wants to work in a culture with a strong hands-on TEAM that comes together bringing 100% to what they do.

As an outbound focused Sales Development Representative, you will play a key role in being the initial in-person communicator of our brand and solution value proposition with prospective customers. 

  • Do you love the challenge of doing cold outbound calls, emails and social channels outreach.
  • Are you able to uncover pain and illuminate business challenges, discuss financial and ROI and other business KPI’s?
  • Are you able to quickly qualify a lead based on research, listening, and questioning techniques?
  • Are you well organized and can you manage multiple tasks, set follow-ups, update and schedule calendar meetings?
  • Do you meticulously manage prospect notes and records, plan and set activities, selecting the appropriate content to share, nurture and develop the lead lifecycle?
  • Do you thrive working with other fast moving individuals who combine as a “TEAM” to achieve company goals?

Requirements :

  • 1-3+ years of SaaS sales experience or equivalent.
  • Experience working in business development roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate sales qualified leads through both cold and warm channels.
  • Experience with HubSpot CRM software or equivalent.
  • Strong phone presence and experience connecting with new customers leveraging a multi-prong approach (email/social/phone) etc.
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tool, i.e., Microsoft (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) and GSuite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets) and Mac OS.
  • Analytical, problem-solving, attention to detail and proofreading skills.
  • Willingness to think creatively to develop new solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a TEAM.

A PLUS IF YOU HAVE:

  • Start-up experience and most importantly thrive in an early stage company.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing or equivalent education.
